Judy Byykkonen has taken her three “girls” to the Swedetown dog-friendly trails a number of times this winter and shared some of her photos of their antics while there. She’s still walking her pups there and with the melting we’ve had, they come home just a bit muddy, but happy to have been able to race around, running in the remaining snow and splashing in the water from the melt. For dogs, I would imagine it doesn’t get much better than that.

Today’s video takes us into the Keweenaw woods, also, for a look and a listen to a small creek just running through the forest. I could sit and listen to this one for hours.

The 2nd picture looks like it could have been an old beaver dam.
