The scenes that Jeff Dennis’ game camera captures at their Little Traverse camp are outstanding. Part of that has to do with the setup looking out toward Lake Superior, so the view is already beautiful, but when you add in natural phenomenon like the Northern Lights and then capture them with the visiting deer, the result is pretty amazing! Jeff’s first photo was from the Aurora event a couple weeks ago.
Then two of Jeff’s visitors decided it was time to dance. Actually, I think they decided it was time to dual, but check out the sunshine and the blues in Lake Superior and the sky.
The next two scenes are definitely WOW’s in my opinion. The sun peeking out from the clouds and reflecting on the waters of the Big Lake is quite the view, although the young deer in the photo doesn’t seem to think so. Then the bottom shot, kind of the same... the deer there seem oblivious to what’s going on with the sun and clouds on the horizon. Check out how not only the sky is colored, but the reflection in Lake Superior is quite stunning, also.
To top off the beauty in Jeff’s pictures, we have a short video that he titled, “Peaceful View”. It looks like Jeff may have planned a party for the deer on this day. Nice that they all accepted his invitation and were out there enjoying the day.
