One more day and it’s Halloween! If you take a drive around, you’ll see pumpkins making an appearance in many interesting and creative displays. The first three photos today were snapped by Donna MacIntosh when her friend (Hi Lou) took her for a drive on the Obenhoff Road in Atlantic Mine. Someone put a lot of work in making this Autumn/Halloween display and it is quite entertaining.

The bottom three photos come from Barbara Bouwkamp, who visited the Mayflower Pumpkin Farm, a small pumpkin farm just outside of Kearsarge on the Mayflower Road. They also have some creative and fun displays for the season where you can bring the kids and take photos for cute fall memories.

Today’s video excursion is from In The Keweenaw, with what their intro says is the last of the fall colors popping up in the Copper Harbor area, near Lake Lilly.

Halloween already? Very nice pix!
The first three are a work of art…way to go, Donna!
They remind me of Springsteen’s “Human Touch “
“Yeah, I know I ain't nobody's bargain
But, heck, a little touch up
And a little paint.” (contrafactum)
Nice video too…love the music.
It brings back memories of Ms. Sharon Smith.
I miss my daily stops to her website.

Very cool pictures! I love what they do with
those old trucks, always have. All great
pictures. The ground doesn't look like that
today, unfortunately. We have 3 and a half
inches of the white stuff on our deck.

That was such fun! (Eh Lou!) And running across
that lil display while cruising was the Cherry on
the Top!

I have one of those "Universal Calendars", where
you flip the day over and use it for years.
Needless to say, I don't always remember to turn
it....

WELL. On the 25th, it was Mary's TWENTIETH Pasty-
