Summertime has a beauty all its own with the many varieties of flowers that bloom, adding beauty and color to all our surroundings. Diane Richard found some of that beauty recently and snapped a few photos to share the colors with us all. Just look at that top photo with all those wildflowers that just grow without anyone planting and nurturing them. It looks like they’re growing near water, so their roots must soak it up and that’s why there are so many of them there. I think those are Black-Eyed Susans and Daisies in the first three photos, but I have no idea what the name of the fourth flower is with the fancy petals. Help me out if you know what it’s called, please.
Douglas Feltman shares a profusion of flowers in today’s video. He says: “As summer rolls along, the earth needs water to nourish it’s splendid flowers. Enjoy the peaceful sight and sounds of water, mother nature and its beauty.”
