What a difference a few days can make. Sometimes that’s a good thing, but in this case, Beth Jukuri’s first two photos look like spring has finally arrived here in the Copper Country. Think again, five days later, it’s snowing again and the pond is icing over once more. Has anyone mentioned to Mother Nature that it’s April? Snow keeps turning up again and again, like a bad penny (whatever that means). We’re having a few nicer days this week now, but I’m not going to rule out more snow to come yet, that way I won’t be so surprised if it comes.

Beth also recorded a video that gives us a bit of hope. The Geese are back, amidst the snow still falling, so that has to mean that spring cannot be far behind. Crossing my fingers...

of snow and cold and wind. I'm getting
antsy, looking for fun stuff to make a fairy
garden since I can't plant anything.

That wind the other day really took the snow down
in the back here, and the rain is gonna do the rest
of the job. If we get more...it's only to get rid
of the old stuff....it's all good!

I don't know where that road leads to in the first
pic, but I wish I was driving on it!
