We have a collage of photos from Jeff Dennis today, from all around the Keweenaw. I’m not sure of the location of his first shot, could be anywhere in the U.P., but it sure is a dandy with the fingernail moon looking bigger than life there in the sky. Then Jeff takes us to Little Traverse where his wife, Chris and their pup, Fritz brave the storm clouds and lightning for an outstanding shot. Great composition!
For Jeff’s next two photos, we’re back in Houghton to check out the Tug, William C. Gaynor pulled up to the dock on the Houghton side of the canal. I’m not sure what the tug was doing in the Keweenaw, but it’s always fun to see different boats when they tie up in the area like this.
Jeff’s son, Walter Dennis shares a video to accompany Dad’s photos, with a flyover of Bete Grise. The video starts with the buzzing of a drone, but quickly transitions to flying music. Buckle up and take in the view.
