When snow covers the ground again here in the Keweenaw, folks like Stacey Flood don’t stay inside, she went out looking for interesting scenes to photograph and found three beauties. She aptly named them Watercolor Reflections and they turn our world upside down. Her first photo looks like a painting and would be beautiful framed and hanging on a wall or perhaps a canvas. I’m just pleased that Stacey shared these shots with us, to hang on our “wall” today.
Steve Brimm, over at Steve Brimm Photography, was out and about in the fresh snowfall, too. He found a new friend and captured a bit of video footage of Beaver, walking along the windy Lake Superior shores, complete with a covering of snow on his back and tail.

Very interesting pix and a healthy looking beaver.

Great eye, Stacey! The first picture looks like a painting.
Surprised that the beaver was out & about in weather like that but they have those nice warm coats to keep them warm!
