When asked about her visit to the Forty Foot Falls in Marquette County, Danielle Adams replied that you definitely need a jeep or a truck that has a higher clearance, as the road there is pretty rough. Checking out her photos, though, show that if you have the proper vehicle, it’s worth the trek in.
You can read more about how to get there on the following webpage: Forty foot falls. The summary on the page says: “A very wild, cascading falls, reachable by some very rough two tracks. This is one of the most remote waterfalls in Michigan. If you have a vehicle capable of some off road travel, this is a great adventure.”
Danielle also shares a video of a section of the falls along the Cliff River. Once again, a reminder to turn up your speakers so you can hear the calming sound of the running water.
