I never tire (obviously) of the photos Beth Jukuri snaps along her rural mail route. She said she’s always happy to see something new on her 75 mile daily route. I think it’s amazing that she keeps looking each day, for those “new” things and hasn’t just fallen into the doldrums, driving mindlessly along those miles each day and not even seeing her surroundings. I would venture to say, that Beth has learned to appreciate the “little” things in life and because she is so enlightened to doing so, we also benefit with her views “on the route”. Of the four shots today, I think the bovine with the snow falling, is my favorite, but the snow capped sunflowers are a close second. Which one is your favorite?
Hang on folks, we’re taking another drive with E. Neil Harri. Today he’s taking us around the Marina road, past the tree in the middle of the lanes and a look at the lighthouse across the harbor. Buckle up and enjoy the ride.

Looks like the birds have eaten all the seeds from the sunflower heads! And the winds haven't picked up to knock the snow off. Yes, Mary, i agree - have to go with the shot of the critter as my favorite.

And the video...Thanks for the cruise, Dude; I
heard the sound barrier break at least twice!
