We have a trio of rainbow shots from various locations and from three different photographers today. We start out with one from Adam Johnson the man behind the camera at brockit, Inc. I’m not sure of the exact location, but it’s obviously over Lake Superior somewhere here in the Keweenaw. It looks like it’s coming out of the cloud and who knows where the rest of the colors went to? Unique for sure!
The second rainbow was captured by Steve Brimm from Steve Brimm Photography. This one also on the shores of Superior and in the Keweenaw. If you look closely, you’ll see the “double” one, just up above the bow. It’s definitely a beauty!
Number three was taken by Mandy Cadwell and looks similar to the first one above, but this one was out in Bootjack. Another unique one, making it almost look like those clouds are raining rainbows. To quote Mandy, “Cool view this evening!” Yes, yes it was…
Back to Steve Brimm for a welcome to Autumn in Copper Harbor. Beautiful reflections as we glide over Lake Fanny Hooe.

"Rainbows all around
Can you find the silver and gold?
It'll make you old..." (David Crosby)
Very artistic video, the music had me on the edge of my seat.

Yes indeed, plenty of rain.
After the recent semi-drought, the kid that mows the lawns around here is really smiling again.

All rainbows are double rainbows...whether we see
them or not!
