When E. Neil Harri retired from his DNR Pilot job recently, it didn’t mean he would not be flying anymore, thank goodness! He was back up in the air recently, after not flying due to Covid-19 restrictions and he came back with a number of good shots around the Keweenaw. We start out the week, with photos Neil snapped of the Calumet Golf Club. The course is open to the public once again, so folks can get out there and take their turn hitting that little white ball around the course. From the air like this, it takes on an almost maze-like appearance. Pretty neat!

Another golf course in the area is the Portage Lake Golf Course at Michigan Tech. We visit there today in a video by the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce that highlighted the 2019 Keweenaw’s Premier Golf Outing.

Surgery update, moved to 7/20/20, cardiac rehab to
follow then. Looking to get back U.P. maybe in
late September or October for a Fall color road
trip.

MTU & NMU's course is also very nice and enjoyed
playing those as well.

Looks relaxing. I never took up the sport although a good friend took me out once...just wasn't my "Fore"-te.
