Another month has gone by and with it, the fall season will be coming to an end before we know it. We pause and honor our monthly tradition of remembrance for those who have left us too soon:

Though I miss my mother who passed in October of
2009, I feel at peace that she's living eternal

Sick a terrible shame about
Brenda. We emailed a few times and
she was just so nice. I knew Lois
from Canal View. She was a very
nice lady. And condolences to all
who have lost loved ones this
month. I lost my father-in-law on
10/23/03. It seems like yesterday.

I just dreaded today's with Brenda on here. She
was my Sister too...we adopted each other, and so
did all my family that knew her. She and Jim would
go to the Nahma Inn a lot...my bro owns it...he
called to tell me she was sick, then he called to
tell me she passed. Her sis let him know. Charley
said "She WAS the party" at the Inn...he is so
bummed like the rest of us. What a loss to so
many. I have lots of stuff from Brenda that she
has sent over the years...she was made of Love. My
heart is with Jim, her hubby....

God's Blessings to all...

Again...they say, when we are born, there's cheers
and smiles and happiness over here. On the other
side, is tears and sadness to see you leave. THEN
when you die, there are tears and sadness on this
side...on the other they are cheering and
clapping and smiles and happiness, you are HOME...

Someday, we'll see you at HOME dear friend!

My deepest condolences to all with connections to the folks mentioned, as well as those remembering others in their life.

So sorry to think of Brenda not being here with us anymore - she added so much to Pasty Cam with her contributions. And that reminded me it has been almost 10 years since we said goodbye to EddyFitz - another favorite contributor. Remembering them both fondly.

Yes, very beautiful photo today. Condolences to all who have lost
loved
ones. I too got to know Brenda on this site as well. Some years back
I mentioned how I missed some of my aunts canning and preserves
after she had passed. Brenda reached out to Mary to find out what
kind of guy I was, lol and she sent me some jams that she had made
and chowchow. I was so surprised and I couldn’t believe it and I
certainly enjoyed all of it. Mary, it’s a blur anymore all these years,
but I don’t think I gave her any medical equipment for anyone in her
family , I believe it was just me expressing how I missed my aunt.
Please correct me if I’m wrong Brenda, may you rest in peace you
touched many lives. Right now, especially the world could use
many Brendas to touch peoples lives. Please forgive my mistakes
and dictating this message on my cell phone.

I’m sorry, Mary my condolences to you on the passing of Brenda. I
know you two were close friends for many years, and this has to be
very difficult for you at this time. Sending you a big hug my friend.
