That Fritz... he’s always on the go and takes his humans, Jeff and Chris Dennis along with him. Their adventures recently were at the Nara Nature Park, where Fritz led them on the boardwalk trail to enjoy a sunset view there.

You’ll notice there’s a new visitor at their camp out at Little Traverse. This Sandhill Crane has become a regular visitor and Jeff said they have many photos of him, but they narrowed it down to two for us here today. Jeff, Chris and Fritz have decided to call him “Kevin”. I wonder if Fritz will share their kayaking adventures with Kevin now, too. I hope there’s video if he does.

The bottom photo was on their way out to the camp, these three crossed the road in front of them, I think Fritz thought they were very big deer, maybe bucks, since they have horns. I’m guessing maybe Fritz barked at them to get off the road.

Back at the Nara Nature Park, Jeff recorded a video on the boardwalk. Make sure you have your volume turned up, so you can hear the sounds of nature (and the footsteps) on the walk.

that it was on the Fritz.

What a beautiful picture of Fritz and the sunset on the boardwalk! The golden hour with great composition. And the picture of the Escapees makes me wonder what happened to them!
