Summer is officially here now, as June comes to a close. In our long honored tradition, we pause this last day of the month to remember all those who have left us too soon.

Remembering my cousin and friend, Derrick Newell who
passed this just this month. Derrick was from
Ishpeming/Lake Medora and spent his professional
life in LA. R.I.P. Cuz... must be quite the
celebration happening in heaven with all the family
members. I know you're pain free now!!

FJL, Sorry for your loss!! I have to say.... your
words say it all!!
I have not lost my spouse, but I did lose my mom
when I was only 18 and the only thing that made it
tolerable was, time and now great memories. I'm
hoping the same for you Sir, very soon as well!!
