Here in the Keweenaw, we have less “light polution”, so the natural beauty shines through at night. Isaac Diener from Issac Diener Photography captured some of this natural lighting recently. His first shot was taken from Esrey Park, in Eagle Harbor Township. The Northern Lights were glowing over Lake Superior!
Issac’s next two shots were taken from the Copper Harbor Lookout on Brockway Mountain Drive and from the top of Brockway Mountain respectively. The Milky Way shines brightly, along with the stars illuminating the skies over the Harbor. Quite a sight!
ThroughLens Studios presents a time-lapse video featuring places in the U.P., including Northern Lights from Whitefish Point, along with a time-lapse of the Milky Way, too.

"Quite a sight!", indeed! Incredible set...if only
I could see it in person.
