Capturing the fog and frost on an early morning last week was something Brita Haapala was anxious to do, but she said she knew that the magic would happen as the sun was coming up, so she waited for that first light and WOW, she certainly “read” that one right. You have to look closely to see the deer there by the pond, those critters made the magical morning complete for Brita. When she walked into the pines, she said there were about ten deer and they didn’t run away from her. They shared the morning together, which made it “super cool” (Brita’s words). What about that dandelion still hanging on with a covering of frost and is that really the frosted “fluff” stage of another dandelion right next to it? Pretty spectacular!
