When I checked in with Beth Jukuri about sharing her sunrise photos for today, she said it was a gorgeous morning on the river. I’d have to agree with her and can only imagine how much more stunning it must have been in person. It’s wonderful that she recognizes the beauty around her as she travels the back roads for her mail delivery route and captures it to share with us all. These shots remind me of the song, Morning has Broken. I’ll have to go online and give it a listen now.

Our video today takes us to Brimley on the eastern end of the U.P., for a look at the Pointe Iroquois Lighthouse from above. Similar conditions to now, but was filmed about a year ago.

I hear ya, UC, I think we all do right about now. Couple days a week, wife and I make up a little picnic lunch and go for a drive to a scenic spot and enjoy the food & drink in the car, not getting out. At least we're getting out of the house for awhile!
