Judy Byykkonen loves the outdoors, whether it’s with her four-legged girls out exploring or with her beautiful granddaughter enjoying all that the Swedetown Trails has to offer. Judy took her skiing first, where she said she’s a natural at only nine years old. Of course it helps that kids are fearless for the most part. Judy said they took a break for hot chocolate in the clubhouse and then they went back out for some sledding. The Grandma/Granddaughter day finished up with a rose colored sunset over Swedetown, to match the rosy cheeks they had from being outside for a good portion of the day.

Today’s video shows Judy’s granddaughter going down a hill, which she expected Grandma was going to follow behind her. Judy said after a couple times, she told her, “Grandma, this time you’re going ahead of me!”. Both of them love skiing, but Judy is a bit more cautious than her daring Granddaughter.
