Our adventurous Pasty Camist from over in the Brimley area was at it again, recently. Brenda Leigh hopped on a snowmobile with friends and rode across from Munising to Grand Island, to check out the ice curtains on both the west and east sides of the Island. You can see from the photos Brenda shares here today, that it was worth the trip to see the beauty in that temporary art of winter. As beautiful as these photos are, I bet standing there in person is really something else.

I hear ya, Russell. A lot of my friends and acquaintances have quit Facebook. Just don't need it and all the complications.

The various shades of ice in the same location are fascinating. Have never seen that before!

I agree, Russell & George! The more information that comes out about the misuse of Facebook the farther away from it you want to be!
