Clouds come in all different shapes and sizes, some are puffy white and others are dark and ominous. We have a little assortment today from four different photographers, starting with an interesting shaped cloud captured by my brother, Dennis Pini. He thought that cloud looks like “Old Man Winter” and he’s headed our way, while someone else thought it might be a Halloween Ghost!

The next two photos were taken by Debbie Jarve in the Swedetown area. Beautiful clouds with the rays of the setting sun shining through them and then a reflection in the Swedetown pond looking bluer than the actual sky in the photo. Stunning for sure!

We move on to Hancock where Isaac Diener captured some menacing looking storm clouds. Beautiful, dramatic and warning that something is definitely brewing. I think we even had some hail from those clouds!

Lastly, Sally Beaudette shares a shot from Bootjack, where the sky couldn’t quite decide if it wanted to be sunny or cloudy. Maybe this is what the weather report means when they say partly sunny, partly cloudy. But really, what a drastic cutoff from sun to clouds. Even the reflection in the water draws the line with the sun’s reflection!
