We’ve been getting more than the usual sunshiny days so far in February and believe me, it’s been wonderful to see and nice to have the warmth from that sunshine, too. Diane Richard captured some beautiful scenes around Keweenaw Bay with the sun illuminating the ice on the bay, including some natural ice formations Diane spotted. The sun with the rays in that first photo is absolutely spectacular! Along with the ice pushed up in shapes among the blue of the Bay there...quite stunning. Then the colorful train on the L’Anse waterfront playground, sure makes a great set of photos.

We join The Woodsy Introverts for a walk in the Keweenaw woods. Lisa had the following to say about this adventure: “This day was absolutely warm and sun shiny. It doesn’t get to be 40 degrees Fahrenheit in February very often. The four Shepherds and I headed to the woods for some forest therapy. It was amazing. Thank you so much for being here with us.”

tell you, these pics are the best looking blue I
think I've ever seen!! Thanks for sharing.

The video is great too, love the hike in the woods
and the commentary, Lisa, good stuff! The Dogs look
like they're livin Large! Man, if I come back in a
different life one day and I happen to be a dog, I
hope I get to do it in the U.P./Keweenaw!! lol
