The father and son drone/camera team has another set of pictures and a video for us, this time out on Keweenaw Bay where the ice fishermen and women are at it full bore. Walter Dennis captured a scene that looks like a little village of its own out on the ice in the Bay, with trails to and surrounding their ice fishing shanties.
Then he flies over to where the Sand Point Lighthouse is. You can see a couple ice fishing shanties off to the right, but not as many as in the first shot. If you look closely in the third photo, you can see Walter and Jeff standing near the trees while he’s flying the drone and taking photos.
That last photo of the Lighthouse from right in front of it was taken by Jeff Dennis, while standing out on the ice. Keep a lookout in the video and you’ll see him walking out onto the ice to take that photo and then walking back, too. What fun to get to see all these places and scenes from a different perspective like this.

Terrific pics & video as always!! The music behind their video's is always great too, they know just how to pick the accompaniment!!
Look at those little houses out on the ice!! I wonder which one is the most elaborate with all the comforts of home, well maybe..... lol. You wouldn't catch me driving out there, at least not without my water wings!!
Happy Saturday Yoopers!! It's a Toby Keith Saturday morning, turn it U.P. and grab the coffee pot!! :=))

Very nice. I was a little worried at the end of the video as I saw it getting further from them. Was afraid they were losing another drone.
Thanks for taking us along on your adventures.
