It’s been a different fall this year with damp, foggy mornings and damp, foggy evenings, too. More than what I recall is usual for this time of year. It sure makes for some beautiful, yet ethereal scenes, with the fog hanging over the field.

These Fog on the Farm photos come to us from Mandy Cadwell. She snapped these photos of the fog on her farm in the evening, after the sun had just gone below the horizon. It left the sky with a tinge of pink and enveloped Mandy’s pasture and her favorite horse, Blaze in the bottom photo. Kind of an eerie scene

Shawn Malone, from Lake Superior Photo, made today’s Aurora video in the early morning hours last week, where she captured the Northern Lights dancing over a ‘glass calm’ Lake Superior.

Bohemia, there was fog also. So the lake
wasn't that beautiful deep blue. But it was
still gorgeous out.
