The Pasty Cam
October 3 - 9, 1999
Saturday, October 9

Out for a Saturday morning color tour (along with a bazillion others motorists today in the Copper Country)

The big picture looks beyond this sign to the Pontello cabin... By the way, last year we saw the sign on the Ahmeek end of Five Mile Point Road.  Do the math and you'll see where this was taken.

Last game at Tiger Stadium
Friday, October 8

Last week marked the final game at Tiger Stadium down in Detroit.  Mike Lothamer preserved this historic moment for the Pasty Cam.

Peter Chiomenti of Maryland, captured this action for the Pasty Cam while he was in town.  The Calumet Breakwater is one of many requests we've received.

So calm last night standing here on the bank of No Name Pond at sunset... not a ripple.  Can you tell which is sky and which is water?

Down in Lake Linden
Monday, October 4

A quiet neighborhood... the north suburbs of Lake Linden.  They'll have some leaves to rake in a few days.

Today's sky is a carbon copy of yesterday.

 Sunday, October 3

We are often asked to climb Bumbletown Hill and see the breathtaking view.  In the big picture you can see the lake to the left on the horizon.

...and the hump to the right is the Cliff range, up toward Phoenix..
