Over in the Brimley area, Lake Superior has some good ice cover and it looks like the winds have pushed quite a load of good size chunks up onto the shore, too. Brenda Leigh got out there with the sunshine and captured some beautiful shots of the ice piles, shoved every which way and sporting a beautiful blue hue. It’s quite stunning, to see the expanse of ice chunks in Brenda’s third photo... she called that one “A Field of Ice”. I shared that title, also, since it was perfectly fitting for that vast shoreline of Superior ice.
Five Aces Media shares their “12 months in the UP – February” video. There’s plenty of ice throughout the just over five minutes and well worth the time to watch.

Fantastic & Beautiful pics & video as always!! I really like the "blue ice" pic and I had to watch the video a couple times, thumbs U.P.!! However, I am ready for Spring/Summer and an extended stay in God's Country!! Have a Great Weekend All!!
