Beth Jukuri and the Wind Ladies did some snowshoeing on the top of Mont Ripley this past Wednesday. Now that in itself is an adventure, but these ladies did it when the temperatures were pretty cold and the wind was starting to blow. You can see the snow in the air in her photos, but Beth said the wind didn’t really start up until they were almost done with their adventure. Talk about some amazing views from UP there and with the snow in the air, all the lights remind me of jewels.

Our video today comes from Upper Peninsula of Michigan – Fun in the UP Facebook page. It shows what the conditions were on Wednesday when the ladies were snowshoeing on Mont Ripley.

Those conditions are certainly familiar to all of us who have been blessed to live in the UP! Have never tried night snowshoeing ~ looks like they had good conditions!

It's a beautiful sunny day here in SE MI and those pic's & video are fantastic as always.... but I'm ready for Spring/Summer! I must be getting old!! :=))
