Karen Anderson Ham made a trek to the Porcupine Mountain State Park this past week to check out the Presque Isle Falls. By the looks of the photos she shared here today, it was worth the drive, as the falls there seem to be flowing quite well. Some color was showing, too, although much of the woods around there seems to be pines, so there is not the color burst of other areas around the U.P. this time of year.
Our video trip today, was recorded a year ago at the Tahquamenon Falls near Paradise, by Sharon Bodenus from Upper Peninsula Photography. This is one you’ll want to be sure your speakers are on for, the sound of the falls makes you feel like you’re right there with Sharon.

Presque Isle Falls are so beautiful. Thanks for sharing. And that video just makes you want to be there. It almost felt like you were there, but not quite. Thanks for starting my morning like this. I never tire of Falls videos

Powerful video...I don't think I've ever seen Tahquamenon Falls flowing that hard. "Load up the kayaks, boyz & girlz!"
