There have been a number of sightings of a healthy looking fox around the Bootjack area lately and a couple folks were able to snap some photos. Tina Dupuis captured the first shot and she said her hubby, Peter named this bushy tailed guy, Franky. Then Sally Beaudette snapped a couple photos while he was off in the distance in her yard... they’re a bit fuzzy due to the distance, but you can see how healthy he is moseying along the Bootjack shoreline there. Chances are it’s the same fox, even though the photos were snapped a couple days apart. They really are pretty little animals.
Sally also was able to get a short video of her visitor. From the audio, it sounds like they were trying to get a little one to spot the wily fox, too. So much fun seeing wildlife around these parts.

Nice set! Not sure what it is looking for, but I think that it may be a
Nice pics & video. I'd end up feeding him, he'd probably end up in the house playing with Finn before it was all over. lol Just kidding, but heck, he'd probably enjoy a pasty, right!!?? :=))

Now I want a pasty, UC, along with that fox! I don't know if it's illegal to feed foxes but if the weather was brutal I'd probably toss him a pork chop, but of course wouldn't make a habit of it. Critters have to eat, too.
