Surprisingly enough, even after some snow, some rain and winds, you can still find color here in the Keweenaw. It’s mostly yellows, but there is a smattering of oranges and even a red here and there. Debbie Jarve shares some photos she captured this past week, beginning with something that always brings out the kid in you during fall...walking (or running) through the leaves. You can almost hear the rustle and crunch of them in the first two photos.

Then a shot Debbie took of a lone red tree in the midst of a number of already bare trees. Next we get a view from Brockway Mountain and last, but not least, the sky over Calumet. So much color above and below, those of us that live here sure are blessed to be surrounded by this every day and those of you that don’t live here are blessed by photographers like Debbie and so many others that share their photos (and videos) with us here on the Pasty Cam.

To top off today’s colors, E. Neil Harri is taking us for a ride on a Keweenaw Bushroad today! Buckle up and enjoy the fall excursion.
