Nancy Haun is the President of the Bishop Baraga Foundation and a tireless worker for the Shrine, keeping the grounds looking beautiful, coming up with ideas for fundraising, working to get electricity to the shrine grounds and much more. She shares these recent photos of Autumn at the Bishop Baraga Shrine with the color that surrounds the 35 foot tall statue in the fall, making it even more of a draw for folks to stop in and visit the shrine, instead of just driving by and seeing the Bishop up on the bluff.
We’ve been having some stormy weather the past couple days. Here in Lake Linden we just had a dusting of snow, but some high winds. The higher elevations in the Keweenaw had a bit more snow and the Marquette area and east really got hit with some early snow, something like a foot or more and power outages too. Nancy shares a breezy day at the Bishop Baraga Shrine with us, not during this storm, but a rainy, windy day a week or so earlier. Hold on to your hat for this one!

Gorgeous pictures. Fall is hanging on and I
am so happy about that. I got some nice
pictures on Wednesday. Took some where there
was snow and some where there was color.
What a drastic change. So fall can hang on
even longer for me.
Nice video, Nancy!
