When it’s pumpkin time on Patty Rheault’s farm, the whole family chips in to help pick the pumpkins from the field and decorate the yard. Those are her grandkids helping out and they look like they’re having a good time while doing so, too! It’s great to see youngsters outdoors helping out and what a valuable lesson they’re learning about pitching in, along with how fun it is to get together as a family and get chores done. Looks like they had a great pumpkin season this year and check out the carrot harvest in the bottom photo, too.
Since we’re “farming” today already, I figured a quick trip to Skanee for a video of Nancy Haun’s chickens would be more than appropriate. Once again, make sure your volume is turned up, so you can hear the “girls” talking, too!

#2 looks like she is in the world’s strongest woman competition.
“5 They missed a spot.
And a nice, chatty video but now I keep looking for a honey-do list.

Hi The picture with the pumpkins lining the sidewalk reminds me of something that happened to a friend. He bought a bunch of decorative gourds and lined them up on his porch rail. On returning home from work, he noticed they were knocked over and that some were missing. It turned out that the local squirrels had sampled the free vegetables. They probably thought "Great buffet!".

What fun pictures. So nice seeing kids helping out. However, it's been my experience that grandkids are far more willing to help with stuff than your kids are. Our grandkids would have pretty much done anything we asked them to. Nice job.
Sure is different seeing Nancy with chickens instead of trains. What a fun video.
