Nature is all around us here in the Copper Country and we here at the Pasty Cam are lucky to have photographers that capture and share it. We have a new photographer with us, today, but his last name may seem familiar. Tom Bouwkamp snapped the first shot of these beautiful Lupines after figuring out his new iPhone camera, when previously he had a flip-phone with no camera. Nice job, Tom!
The remaining photos were taken by Tom’s wife, Barbara Bouwkamp, who should be a familiar name if you’re a regular here on the Pasty Cam. That’s Parker posing behind a pretty yellow bloom. The next photo is a rare Lady Slipper flower, which Barbara said Tom spotted for her to photograph. The bottom photo is a close-up of a Jack Pine tree with the source some of the yellow pollen this time of year. Barbara pointed out, that it is everywhere right now!
We have another 20 second video from Steve Brimm over at Steve Brimm Photography today. This time with beautiful lilacs, butterflies and the song of the Hermit Thrush to calm your frazzled nerves.

Soothing pix and video! The Parker pic was paying tricks on my eyes for a moment...like it was a cardboard cutout.
