I spotted today’s photos on Downwind Sports Facebook page, where they titled them, “First Board Meeting of the Season”. Fun title for their first outing on the paddle boards and what about the setting? You can’t get a much better scenery than a Lake Superior sunrise with the water flat and reflective. Pretty cool that the dog goes for a ride, too, complete with a life jacket and all.

Frances Czapski over at Photography by Frances captured a sunrise right around the same time, only hers was at Whitefish Point. Make sure your speakers are turned up, so you can hear the Loon calls.

Great photos, especially the one with the dog. I enjoyed the loon calls with waves sounds but there was a motor running in the background.
