The short month of February is almost gone. On the last day of each month we remember friends who have gone too soon, and invite you to add a memory about others you want to honor:

We have had many end-of-the month sunsets over the years, but fewer sunrises. This is one of my favorites from a friend who passed awhile back, Bill Haller. We've been blessed to meet so many people and make so many friends through this website, which will mark a quarter century on May 31 this year. Our web updates were hit and miss the first couple of years, but today marks the completion of 23 years of the daily Pasty Cam. Thanks to all who help make it possible, and to all who have joined us from time to time. Hope you'll stop around in year 24 of this daily feature, beginning tomorrow.

Me too, Jbuck. May fond memories sustain you at this difficult time. Likewise, my best friend of over 50 years is nearing the end due to cancer that has recently spread to his brain. Helping him deal with it and praying is all I can do. Stay strong and may God bless.
