I think it’s fair to say, that George C. Bailey knows how to capture life at its fullest on the shores of Lake Superior. If he isn’t catching the northern lights, then it’s the storm clouds, or like today’s beauty, an Eagle sitting there on the rocky shoreline like it is posing just for George to snap away. Of course George is always prepared with a good lens and a steady hand (or perhaps a tripod) and I for one, am thankful for that. His second photo makes you feel like you’re standing right there in front of this majestic bird.
Our video today was recorded in Bootjack, by Paul LaVigne. Check out the Eagle moving around on his dock, he’s got his lunch in one of his claws. Quite the catch, both for Paul and for the Eagle I guess, too.

I think we've seen more eagles on this trip than the last five combined. It would seem they are making a comeback.....
