I mentioned yesterday we’ve had some weather the past few days. Judy Byykkonen shares a few photos from her Laurium home this past Monday morning. It looks like her four-legged friends weren’t too fond of going out in the snow and wet, either. Giselle is ready to come back in... NOW!

And yes, this is the Copper Country and yes, we do get snow, but goodness, this is too early even for us Yoopers. Of course we’re having a warmup, which will melt what we have, but it may take a little longer to melt the mess east of us in the Marquette area and beyond. Hopefully I’ll have a few photos of the snow they received for this coming Monday’s Pasty Cam. I hear the Today show was even there in Marquette, filming the early winter storm.

Since there’s a bit of snow on the ground here in the Keweenaw, I figured this would be a good time to share Two Years – In The Keweenaw (2020 – 2021 Highlights). It starts out in January 2020 with snowy scenes, but then progresses through those two years with all the seasons. Check it out!

Channel on Spectrum, hit On Demand, the "news,
science free" button, then Smithsonian, and there's
a "Great Lakes Untamed" on there. There's two shows
and they are phenomenal...just phenomenal. Check it
out if you can!

Believe me, Thomas. Her dogs are probably
treated better than most people's kids, lol.
