Donna MacIntosh was ‘sprung’ out of the confines of her apartment recently, by her friend Cindy. They went touring around the area so Donna could see the colors and snap some shots to share. Those first two shots of the Covered Road on the way to Freda, just shine. The sun makes them glow, like they are ablaze. Outstanding!

Then they headed out on the Oskar Bay Road where Donna spotted a few good ‘Fall on the Farm’ shots. The Autumn hues surrounding the red barns make for quite the picturesque scenes, worthy of gracing the walls of your home as art. All in all, these two good friends had a lovely day, the kind that’s good for your heart and soul.

In the Keweenaw was out and about touring also. They share a drive from Delaware to Copper Harbor during peak color. It’s a bit longer at almost 14 minutes, so sit back, buckle UP and enjoy the colors!

What a fabulous, fabulous day! I don't get
out...very, very rarely, and this was supposed to
be a doc appt, but she called in....so we got
sprung indeed. What a gorgeous, gorgeous day! Thank
you to my BFF....

Seems like the colours are much later than usual this year up there. We just got back from Oregon/N. Cali and while there was some colour, many of the trees were just starting to change.

For the most part the colors have come and gone, except in a few places, but we get to take some fall liberties here on the Pasty Cam and make fall last longer like it should. "wink, wink"
