Melanie Hakala Rossi, Finley and friends didn’t let the snow and rain we’ve been getting off and on, keep them inside, nope...they took a hike on the trails to the Hungarian falls. Pretty scenery with the snow not quite covering the leaves that are blanketing the ground there.

Just look at the size of that tree that Finley and Melanie’s friend are posing by. That one has been there for a while now. And check out Finley in the third shot... something UP in the tree has caught the pup’s interest. I’m guessing a chipmunk or a squirrel.

The last photo is a beauty though, contrasting the white of the snow and the bright red of the leaf, mixing fall and winter together. Nature at its finest.

LOL I just replayed the video and my Finnigan ran up here to my office and jumped in my lap and watched the video intently, he also will watch the TV show, Dog Whisperer in it's entirety. When certain commercials come on he will come from anywhere in the house to watch them and bark at them. I was hoping he'd knock over the flat screen so the boss would let me buy a bigger one, but no luck so far. :-))

Nice pix and the video is hilarious! It reminds me of a joke that I recently told my employer who happens to own a Porsche: "What's the difference between a porcupine and a Porsche? The porcupine has it's pricks on the outside."
