Hi just sent this to my friend Tom, who also follows Pasty.com and rather than retype it, I just thought I would copy and paste this update.
I also wanted to thank all of you for your prayers and well wishes and kind words, I want you to know they really mean a lot, BIG THANKS!!
Yes, last week was pretty hectic, with my Pulmonary Function test and the Heart Cath. All went well just taking a few days here to recover. They went thru the groin for the Heart Cath and it's a bit tender!! lol The valve was not as bad as they thought, but since I am scheduled for surgery, they're going to repair the valve and the Aortic Aneurysm and put a stint in one vein all at that time. Wednesday, I have my Trans Esophageal Echo, followed by lower extremity vein scan on the 19th and another meeting with my Surgeon that afternoon. He'll decide if I'm still scheduled for surgery on 1/22/20 or if he feels he needs to change the surgery date.
All that being said, I actually feel good and I'm just doing what they say and knocking down the appointments as they come until surgery.
The pic is beautiful and the video is outstanding!! What I would give to be able to jump in that snow bank, that would sure test the ol ticker!! :)) I remember my mom saying that she and her sisters would do that from the second floor of their home on Caledonia St. in Calumet when they were kids.
Have a great weekend Pasty Family!!

I remember seeing that video last year on PastyCam. I love watching it over and over. Maybe someone will send it to the weather channel?

UC...keep on keep'n on, my Brother! I had a lower extremity vein scan last week due to water retention in legs...the test is no big deal and it came out okay. One day at a time.
