Here are three photos of perhaps the most famous person of the strike, Anna Clemenc.
The first has appeared in many publications for years, but the second photo is the only other image of Anna that I have seen.
(I have enlarged a portion to enable a close-up).
Big Annie became famous on September 13, 1913 during a demonstration of strikers and troops. She defied the orders of the militia, and at one point dared them to kill her!
