Steve Pummill snowshoed to the top scene at Tahquamenon Falls, and Donn de Yampert provided the second view from the bottom of the stairs which go up the east hill in Hancock.

It snowed today, especially in areas close to the lake.

Hey Charlie... Can you PLEASE add that last picture as a large one, so I can use it on my desktop?! My hubby and I were engaged at Tahquamenon and absolutely love to see it again and again. Thanks!!! :o)

We have no snow down here near Ohio this Xmas. These are the next best thing. Simply GORGEOUS shots. Thank you!

The stairs brought back memories of navagating them on my way to Tech in the mornings from East Hancock. It is a lovely park in the spring and summer. Used to sit and watch the bridge, the Ranger on Tuesdays and Fridays, the tall sailboats.
