We appreciate all the guest photos received here at Pasty Central. This one from the Wetton's in Dollar Bay adds a little color to a week which so far has been mainly gray and white.

If you have a U.P. photo you would like to share with the world, email it to us in jpeg format, with a moderate degree of compression. We will resize it for the Pasty Cam Archives.

Who knows? Maybe your shot could appear in next year's Pasty Cam Calendar.

Thanks to all who have voted on the 2001 calendar. We should have the results for you in the next couple of days.

I remember mornings like this!! You can always take me home. Thanks for your wonderful pictures. We actually have lots of snow down here in troll land for Christmas. Most of my neighbors hate the snow. I LOVE IT!!!
Merry Christmas!
Considered a "loper" but always a yooper!

There are so many wonderful colors the UP is blessed with in all the seasons. Wonderful photo and thanks for sharing it with us. We're even getting some sleety/snow here in Northern Texas! I think in part, it might have something to do with all the UP web pages I go to. And Yes! you guessed it, The Pasty Cam is always the first.

Can anyone pinpoint this spot? I've snowmobiled all over the Dollar Bay area-years ago-and have seen places just like this. No snow here, but plenty in the Sierra.

Thanks, Bob. I remember many times skiing and tobbaganning down Wetton's hill. We coulding wait till the spring thaw when it got warm and then turned cold and the snow formed a hard crust and then we could walk on top of the snow. Hike to the top of the hill and 5 to 8 kids on the tobbogan come coasting down.....

This is one of the prettiest pictures I've seen on the CAM! It has taken the "purple" lightning on Lake Superior picture's spot as our wallpaper. Wish we were YOOPERS!! Nothing but crumbs for snow here in PA. We'll be there this winter! Keep the trails groomed!

We re glad to share the photo, it looks so peaceful. The comments of people riding down the hill brings back many pleasant memories. Wish we could turn back time.

I am presently very far away in Australia where the average daily temp is in the low high 90s to low 100s! I love the winters in da UP! Wish I was there now. Of all the places I have been The UP is my favorite. In my opinion its the best place in the world. Someday I will move up there. A better place to live. Good people, beautiful country. Couldnt ask for any more.

What a beautiful picture. Though most of my winter days were spent on "Marshall's Hill" in town, my brothers spent a fair amount of time on Wetton's Hill. (Little sisters were not allowed to tag along.)Thanks for a touch of "home".

I remember all the fun times on that hill growing up, both in the winter and summer. Thanks for a little shot of home, practically in my back yard.

Thanks Mom and Dad for the wonderful memories of your hill - because that's where I grew up and had the best childhood that a daughter could ever have. Keep the pics coming because we don't have snow here in Mississippi.
