Fall is finally here in the Keweenaw. Colors this week have taken a sudden turn. In the next few days we'll pass through the peak of the Autumn extravaganza which brings thousands of U.P. lovers to this area.

Great picture! Captures the essence of fall in the upper mid-west. Every day should be like this.

There is a lot to miss about Fall in the UP. Out here in the California Central Valley there are really only two seasons. Hot Summer, and rainy Winter. I miss Spring and Fall.
