Fall is finally here in the Keweenaw. Colors this week have taken a sudden turn. In the next few days we'll pass through the peak of the Autumn extravaganza which brings thousands of U.P. lovers to this area.

Thanks to Kenneth Mell for a shot of the lone cabin which can be seen on the sunset side of Brockway.

There is a lot to miss about Fall in the UP. Out here in the California Central Valley there are really only two seasons. Hot Summer, and rainy Winter. I miss Spring and Fall.
