A couple of years ago I recall an email from a regular visitor to the Pasty Cam, requesting that we have a picture during hay baling season. Some requests take longer than others... and this one is finally fulfilled in today's guest Cam shot by Jim Lowell, who has a whole bunch more U.P. shots at Winterhaven.org

It's funny, even with writing my own Journal and providing images of life in the Keweenaw, I am fascinated when discovering other pages that do the same thing. Even when it is just a stones throw from my front yard!

I had a fun time exploring Jim and Linda's site.

Proves you don't have to be hundreds of miles away to appreciate someones display of this wonderful corner of the world. Of course my favorite pictures were of the winter scenes!

Nice picture of that tractor.

This new addition to the Pasty Cam is great. Imagine my surprise when I saw the picture of Rose up with notes from our mother and grandfather...! In college I always visited the Cam to see pictures of the UP - now I go to see who else knows the places and people I know. Nice work.

I thought you didn't farm too much in the UP? How about Dairy Cows,(Dairy farm Pictures). So I can prove to my husband he could too farm up there in GOD'S COUNTRY!
