Earlier this month we spoke of the devastation brought about by all of these caterpillars in the Keweenaw. Nancy Nelson captured this view of it up on Brockway, which is evidenced by the gray areas (leafy trees) mixed in with the evergreens.

In the distance on the left you can really see the bare trees on the hillside opposite M-26 across Lake Bailey.

i have seen alot of the world and still think that the keweenaw is the most breath taking.
