This robin is nesting atop the door in our "Yooper Camp" portrait set at the studio. This is the second year in a row she has done so. Notice she uses the horseshoe over the door as an anchor.

I heard that there is another forest fire at Rice Lake again this year. My grandparents that live in Big Traverse Bay, told me about it today

I recognize that robin! She was hopping around in our backyard last February before she headed north. Nice to see she has found a good home.

Must feel safe with the luck of the horseshoe.

We have a little cabin down near the woods on our property and have a robin in a nest right above the door. This is the second year in a row for a nest there also. Dont know for sure if it is the same robin or not but who knows. Heading for the UP next week to stay for a few weeks.
