As the guest photo gallery continues to grow, some shots really catch your eye and capture the feel of July in the U.P... Scott Geiger has a pleasant album, which packs a lot in a short slide show. In this silhouette you can feel the warmth of the sun and the refreshing breeze from the Lake. Ahhh...
Someone has suggested that we begin spotlighting a different town or region of the U.P. each week, inviting your pictures of that area's distinctive landmarks, signs, and unique scenes. So, for next week we have created an album where anyone can upload pictures dedicated to ESCANABA-GLADSTONE. Every week we will add another town, and invite your photos. Of course, you must be logged in to upload, which requires a username and password, but this is a new feature, being able to upload to an album other than your own. We'll see how it works, and perhaps have a prize each week for a selected shot from the spotlighted area. If you need a username and password, please read the photo submission policy.
