Here we are at the end of another month and the beginning of a new season here UP North. We pause today, in our long honored tradition, to remember those friends and loved ones that have gone on before us, including:

Remembering my father, Louis Gene "Sonny" Beaudoin, who passed away on September 9. Born in Iron Mountain, NMU graduate, educator. His was an amazing life, and he made a difference to countless young people. I'll always miss you, Dad.

Remembering my Dad, George Kentala, on his
birthday today. Miss you Dad.

My Mom

Missing my Mom. Can't believe it's been 3 years (September 17) since heaven acquired a new angel. :'(

Also lost my kitty, Max, this month. He was 18.5 years old. Miss my best-est little mouser!

Remembering our parents Norman and Helen Pooley, Ed and Sophie Kuusisto, Aunt Lyle Pooley, our sister in law and dear friend Phyllis Kuusisto, Karen Kuusisto, Janet Trasti, our good buddy Nitz Kumpula, our nephew “The Chief” Churchill, our sweet niece Rosie Churchill, Our niece Bailey Hartmann, our brother in law and friend Wayne Hartmann our sister and best friend Flo Hartmann and our dear sweet baby girl Annie Kuusisto. And our wonderful friend, Dave Ward.

a year ahead of me and was always so very
