Soccer is in the news these days... and I woke up this morning recalling some nice action shots on the Pasty Cam a dozen years ago, by Don DeYampert, who provided quite a few of the daily shots back then. The third photo above was one we captured while watching our nephew play in the dome in Marquette.

Just realizing it has been twelve years since these photos, there are probably some of these teenagers who now have little soccer players of their own 8->

Thanks to all who joined us yesterday at the Calumet Theatre for the National Anthem sing. Hope you enjoyed the free pasty for dinner.

I agree with mickill. We are having a blast
watching our 15 year old granddaughter playing
softball this year. It's nice to see that some of
them don't sit in front of the television all day or
in front of a computer!
