It’s one of the longest running, high resolution web cams on the Internet. This week the Lift Bridge Cam got a new camera for the regular updates. The sky was so blue, and clouds so fluffy white on Monday when Jonathan activated it. Then a short time later we checked in again, this time to see a rainbow. The colors and sharpness are very nice on this new webcam. We are still experimenting with the zoom, to get the optimal distance Bridge Cam Watchers prefer. Check it today as we make adjustments remotely, and click on the bridge to see it almost live, up close.

As an extra bonus we threw in the Sunset Bay sunrise that appeared on the bridge cam a little after 6:30 this morning. It’s kind of cool here in the Keweenaw this morning, at least enough to slow down the blackflies :o)
